Lindgren's papers were collected to document the controversy regarding the building of a bridge over the Red River between 12th Ave. in Fargo, N.D. and 15th Ave. in Moorhead, Minn. Includes her published article regarding the local protest group, "The Informal-Intermittent Organization: A Vehicle for Successful Citizen Protest," published in The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science (1987). Also has records of the 12th-15th Avenue Association and the Citizens Organized for Residential Protection, newspaper clippings regarding the bridge and groups, various studies and governmental planning documents, and transcripts from two public hearings held by the N.D. State Highway Department.
